50m Swimmers
If you are a pure sprinter, soneone who specialises and only really cares abouts 50s, then RAW SPEED if your option. RAW SPEED is radical and new and complete turns everything you know about training on its head. It is the reason we are seeing older swimmers suceed more than ever in the 50 and why you hear rumours of them swimming less than 3km a week. If RAW SPEED sounds to specialist for you then the Masters Taster Plan is the best option. This is a plan where you will get 4 weeks of 4 sessions (16 total) that focus on being engaging, technichal, and will improve your speed. This sort of programming if continue will and has seen results for swimmers who race from 50 all the way to 400 events.
While it is marketed mainly towards masters swimmers the sessions are great and there is no reason anyone of any age and ability would not benefit from these plans.
That being said if you are a masters swimmer this will open your eyes to what you are not getting from your local masters club and you will find that you have more fun with these sessions and get better results.

Age Group Swimmers
For so long I had nothing to offer for age group swimmers. I have had so many parents and swimmers alike ask me what I would recommend and my answer is always to stay at your club. The personal and social aspect is always more important that doing on online plan through your youth.
