What if I miss a session?

It happens. Do not try to make it up by doubling tomorrow. Drop the missed session and continue with the next as planned. Compliance over the long arc beats perfection in any single week.

Can I do this without a gym?

You would be missing a meaningful piece of how this version works. The swim is the programme, but the gym sessions are programmed alongside it for a reason: they sharpen what the swim is building. If gym access is not realistic for you right now, Personal Best is a better fit.

What if my 6-month meet moves?

The programme is flexible within reason. Adjust the recoup window first (2 to 7 days). If you need more, hold Maintenance for an extra week. Never extend Power Transfer or Taper.

Why is it 49 versus 69 pounds?

49 pounds is the founders cohort price for the first 50 sign-ups. After 50 spots close, pricing permanently rises to 69 pounds. The founders price also includes a moulded silicone training cap.

Is this only for masters swimmers?

No. RAW SPEED 2026 is built for any sprint swimmer who races 50m as their primary distance. Masters athletes are a big part of the audience, but anyone serious about a 50m PB benefits.

What is the difference between this and RAW SPEED 100?

RAW SPEED 100 is the 39 pound entry-tier sprint membership: 4 pool sessions per week (aerobic technique, race pace, power and speed, speed endurance), no gym, no periodisation, rolling monthly. RAW SPEED 2026 is the 49 pound founders 6-month flagship: 3 swim plus 3 gym sessions in most phases, fully periodised across 2 blocks, built around a target meet at month 6.
