This is the best value way to get access to world class 100 focussed training plans. This combines both:
- 12 Weeks of 100m Race Pace Training Vol.1
- 12 Weeks of 100m Race Pace Training Vol.2
Volume 1 has a 12 week progression of modified USRPT + an addition 8 sessions to complete for further gains.
Volume 2 has 2 sessions a week for 12 weeks for a total of 24 sessions.
In total you will get 45 sessions dedicated to making you faster at 100 races.
How you can use these sessions?
As a swimmer:
- Follow the 12 week progression of 3 sessions a week either standalone or alongside other supplemental training.
- Follow the 12 week progression of 3 sessions a week alongside teh RAW SPEED Membership.
- Add 1 session a week to your current standalone training or club workouts for 45 weeks.
As a coach:
- Add to your weekly training to better help your siwmmers compete in 100 events.
- Use as inspiration going forward for the specificty and structure of session writing.
